Goods of proper quality, ordered on andretan.ua, that did not fit for any reason (style, size, color), are subject to exchange within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, provided that:
there are no signs of use or wear;
the product retains its commercial appearance and consumer properties;
the original and undamaged packaging and tags are preserved.
Goods purchased in the online store can only be returned for exchange to the online store’s warehouse.
The cost of delivery for product exchange is paid by the customer*.
*Exception: manufacturing defect or wrong item (different size, color, or article). In this case, the return is covered by us.
Goods that have been used or have damaged tags, ordered on andretan.ua, are not subject to exchange or return.
Exchange/return process:
Contact the online store manager at +38-067-341-85-65 (call or write on Viber).
Send the product to the address provided by the manager.
After sending the return, you must inform the manager of the TTN (tracking number of the shipment).
Contact the online store manager to reserve an item for exchange / provide the necessary details for a refund.
The shipment of the exchange order will be carried out after it is fully completed and the return is received by the online store manager.
Goods not subject to exchange and return:
children’s toys (soft, rubber, inflatable);
hosiery products.

If the product is not subject to exchange or return, the return shipment is paid for by the customer. In case of non-compliance with the conditions specified in this clause, the online store andretan.ua has the right to refuse to satisfy a claim for defect or shortage of any goods.
